How to get visualforce image in ImageViewer?

Hi All,

 

 

I have image in visualforce page getting from documents attached.On click of  that image opens in ImageViewer for doing some operations like editing image or marking some part of that image.Please  post any ideas or any related APEX and Vf  code ???
