Unfortunately Apex is executed on the remote server and has no control over your clipboard. There is no easy or direct way to do this. The only example that comes to mind would be to pass the data from apex to your visualforce page, then to some flash application which would have access to the clipboard. I would perhaps rethink your solution if you can make it more efficient. Good luck!
