AppSynth How can Apex code access whether an HTML email, associated with a task, has been opened and how many times it has been opened. This appears on a Contact related list, but it is not evident, to me, where this information is stored, or how to get at it.

It is not exposed in any way to the API (unfortunately), and even with a report, it is only visible to the user that sent the email originally. A big pain when doing an org merge, since the data cannot be extracted and reloaded.
