Not able to Save and Deploy the application using standalone Force.com IDE

Hi,

I am not able to Save and Deploy the application using Standalone Force.com IDE , it is giving me an error like

'Synchronized Check Failed'

Can you please guide how to resolve this error.

Might be you just need to refresh your code first, but that usually shows a different message. Right-click on the root of your project and hit 'refresh from server'. The danger here is that it may overwrite your local changes, so back up your code first!!
