How to hide Edit || create New View for particular profile

Hi

 

Could any help me that how to hide the Edit || Create New View for particular profile when we click any tab of an object.I already disable the 'Manage Public List Views' in  Administrative Permissions.

 

Plz help it's Urgent

This is impossible. Any user that can view an object can always create a view. However, the view will be filtered by sharing settings, such that they may only see records they actually have access to.
