Is it possible to add Versign SSL Certificate to Salesforce public sites.

I know salesforce itself is on SSL .. https:// , but want to know if i can add a verisign certificate to my publi website.

Kindly Guide if anyone knows the answer.

Thanks

Is this a force.com site? You can't do that I'm afraid - you have to use the standard Salesforce certificate and the ...secure.force.com address.   There's good reason for this as SSL is negotiated at the IP level so each force.com site would need its own IP address which wouldn't scale.

Yes Bob this is a force.com site.

And I want to add a verisign logo on that .. and to achieve that i must have a verisign certificate ( which i will obtain ) but the only poblem is -- would salesforce.com allow me to add verisign logo on my force.com site ..

If no then salesforce.com is already on SSL and using certificate ... on the basis of that can i add a verisign logo on my public site ( build on force.com ) which will let my users know that this site is verisign certified.

Thanks

When I access my force.com site and look at the certificate it is issue by Cybertrust SecureServer, not verisign.
