To move data from a staging environment to a production environment, one typically uses the Apex Data Loader (Setup > Data Management > Apex Data Loader). The process involves exporting, mapping data, and then importing. This is usually a fairly painless operation, but the number of entities envolved will increase the complexity of the migration progess.
The terms "production environment" and "production organization" are synonomous, and both mean "the organization where you keep all of your live data and perform your routine business." It is the organization that you pay money for each month or quarter, and should be the only organization with data you actually care about (e.g. the data that drives your business).
You mean production organization is nothing but your website which will be accessed by you to do operations daily.
You are indeed correct with that statement. The "production environment", or "production organization", is the primary database that houses all of your leads, contacts, accounts, sales information, and so on. It is strongly discouraged to use your production envrionment for development or testing new processes, as that is the purpose of a developer organization and sandbox organization, respectively.
