Cascade deleting too many records: occurring when cascading to Transaction records

I have two object Account and Transaction.they have Master - Child relationship.hear Account is Master object while deleting account i am receving the bellow error.

what is the number of Transaction attached to the Account you are deleting ? Also it would help if you could post your code .. You can send private message if you want...
