Email Service From Address

Hi,

 

If an email is sent to multiple addresses and these emails are then forwarded to salesforce email service auto generated email address, then is there a  way we can find out which email address is being processed currently?

If I understand correctly, the same email which was sent to multiple addresses is not forwarded to Salesforce. And you want to find out, out of the multiple addresses, which email address to consider. Is that correct?

No, we have multiple email addresses to which end users send emails. All these emails are then forwarded to the Salesforce generated email address(Email Service).

I want to process the emails separately. But in email service , the email variable gives all the email addresses and doesnot give the actual email being processed.

To explain more, consider that there are two email addresses given to the end user- email1@test.com,email2@test.com.

 

Now, when the User send an email keeping both the address in the 'To Address' , the email service runs two times, but we are not able to determine which of the two email is being processed.

 

Is there any way of finding this?
