Unable to Install Manage Package in Customer Org

Hi Experts,

I have created Manage package and i want to install it into our customer org production environment but i m getting below error

Your requested install failed. Please try this again.

None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization should have been affected by this error.

Please help. Thanks in Advance.....

Got Solution from salesforce support. Package components are moved to another folder

Do you get any more information - an email to the address associated with the managed package, for example?
