Websphere MQ and Salesforce

Hi,

Has anyone done integration of Salesforce with any other Application using MQ as Middleware. I could not find any documentation on this. Please provide some pointers.

Thanks,

Sushil

Hi Sushil,

I see you did not get any answer on this one. How did you proceed?

We are checking the same, however are thinking to put Cast Iron (IBM) as a solution in the middle.

Guys,
I'm also looking for solution on this, the requirement is something like having SFDC listener on MQ system to notify/ pass the data to SFDC whenever there is a new record in the queue.

Hi Babriel,
Thats the forum link where I raised the same question, there is no way we can integrate with MQ without API from it. We have forced middle wear to provide an API to resolve the issue.

Hi Lokeswara,
Are you using the MQ bridge for http for your integration with Salesforce?
Lokeswara ReddyLokeswara Reddy
MQ team has provided SOAP API using which the SFDC is integrated with it.

IBM has provided a Salesforce bridge in MQ v9.02. Demo video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUJqOLGIbnM, docs: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSFKSJ_9.0.0/com.ibm.mq.con.doc/q129310_.htm

According to the site (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSFKSJ_9.0.0/com.ibm.mq.con.doc/q129300_.htm) From IBM MQ Version 9.0.4, you can also use the bridge to create event messages for platform events in Salesforce.

HAs anybody used this, and does this enable 2-way integrations?
