Suggest me the best way to integrate mysql with salesforce

Hi,

      We Want move data from mysql to Salesforce.So,which is the best way to integrate.i.e,either by coding(Apex) or any app(Tool).Please suggest me.

You can write web Service which connnect one intermediate language for ex java or .net which in direct connect to mysql
