How will you import and export data between two systems eg: SFDC and SQL?

You will have to integrate these 2 systems.
1. You can use any middleware tools for this purpose like Infomatica, Boomi etc. These tools can synchronize data between 2 systems.
2. You can write web services for both the system. So whener data updates in any system, it will call other system and will maintain data sync.
