Secure connection from public domain website

Hi,

 

We want to setup secure connection from public domain website. Can anyone explain process.

 

issue is : 1) One should enter credit card details at public domian website. we want to hit salesforce through secure connection. connection over Https.

Brief about the requirement –

  1. Secure Salesforce Page(https://) hosted on Public  domain.
  2. Will take input from Business user.
  3. Will ask for Sensitive data
  4. Will consume already existing RC API for sending entered data to RC for registration
  5. Will receive the response –Success or failure(with error message)
  6. Pass and Display the response on Site.com page.
