Apex Data Loader

I am trying download Apex Data Loader and it giving me the below error:

 

Administrator rights are required to run this installer

 

Please help..!

right click on setup and click on "Run as administrator"

It's referring to Administrator rights on your computer. Open Computer, go do your Downloads folder, right-click on the Apex Data Loader installer file, and choose Run as administrator. If you do not have this option, you may need to contact your computer administrator for assistance.

I do have the option and I tried but its giving me the same error.

As I said, you need to have someone figure out why it's not installing on your system. You do not appear to have access to install applications on your computer. Try logging in as an Administrator and trying again.
