Calculating Time spent at every Location Using Latitude,Longitude

I have an list of Records Records,

Time Stamp           Latitude                  Longitude

From above records i want to calculate time spent at each location.But i am unable to get logic to implement in my apex for bulk records.Kindly help me out from this issue.
