Infusionsoft tags functionality in salesforce

Hi,

 

Does anybody know, how should I user same functionality of Tags(infusionsoft CRM) in salesforce?

can salesforce tags provide the same functionality as infusionsoft tags?

If yes, then how to apply/create those salesforce tags using apex trigger?

Hi Vishal,

I am looking into doing the same exact thing as we are starting with Salesforce April from Infusionsoft.  Were you ever able to figure this out?  I have lots of history I want to bring to Salesforce. Please let me know, thank you!
