"Class.ReportFinderUtil.getDomDocumentFromPageReference: line 30, column 1

Hi All,

 

I have installed Survey Force unmanged package. Its working quite pretty in sandbox.

But when I tried to deploy with production I am getting the following error,


Failure Message: "System.VisualforceException: java.lang.NullPointerException", Failure Stack Trace: "Class.ReportFinderUtil.getDomDocumentFromPageReference: line 30, column 1 Class.ReportFinderUtil.findReportId: line 7, column 1 Class.SurveyAndQuestionController.<init>: line 67, column 1

 

Do anyone know about this? Any help would be greatly appreicated.

I have the same problem. It happens when i try to deploy a trigger with its respective test class to production.

I'm having this same problem at a client. The ChangeSet we are validating has nothing to do with this app.

 

 

It only happens in their production org.

 

We opened a case with Salesforce. Anyone else come up with a solution?

Figured out what was causing the problem...

 

There were workflow rules that were based on the Survey and Question Controller fields. I Deactivated them, then validated and uploaded my ChangeSet. Then I Activated those Workflow rules.
