How to implement Natural Processing Language(NPL) Search Algorithms in salesforce

We want to implement Natural Processing Language(NPL) Search Algorithms in salesforce. Please let me know if anyone have any idea on it.

Salesforce internally uses the NPL algorithms when you search for any text in salesforce.
Any use cases on why you want to implement your own NPL.
