Tab name Change ?

i want to Add Account Standard object as a Tab On VF page , but tab name visible as "Create Employee Account" , on vf page how to change that name  ?

You first need to create a new Tab, then you can use the tab name in the tabStyle attribute of the page.

<apex:page tabStyle="Create_Employee_Account__Tab" ...>
