PageBlockSection collapsible property

Hi,

I am trying to expand and collapse a pageBlockSection. Documentation  says  it has collapsible property and default value is true. But it is not working     Is there any other property?

I dont want to turn off mode=edit attribute.At the same time i want collapsible functionality in page.Please provide me any code snippets for that
