Macintosh and Mail Merge

Is there a solution for MAC users regaring Mail Merge in Salesforce.com?

I understand that Mail Merge can only work w/ Internet Explorer.  Is there a work-around for MAC users?

Call support and ask them to turn on the new server side mail merge for your account. And you should be golden.

If your account has the old IE only mail merge functionality, then you should be able to get the new server side mail merge.
