No Such Column 'IsAllDayEvent' exists on entity event....

I haven't found anyone reporting this message - if I try to sync any task or appointment in Outlook with SF then it stops at this point.  I have tried to add that field to the activity object since there isn't an event object, but that hasn't helped.

Thanks!

Hi,

have you tried the solution at http://community.salesforce.com/sforce/board/message?board.id=desktop_integration&message.id=329

I had a similar problem - after the change everything worked like a charm.

Regards

Hasan

Unfortunately mine says 9.0 and not 5.0, so that won't help me.

I am running Outlook 2003, SP2.

I had the same issue. It turned out to be an issue with security - my role did not have full R/W access to the the events object. Once we added full R/W to all fields on the object for my role - it worked!

Did you ever find the solution to this?

I have the SF Professional edition, so I am unable to edit the individual field permisions.

I have full Admin perms on the system.

The Server URL is https://www.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/10.0

(and I've tried the downgrade to 9.0 - with no success).
