Runtime Error in Word 2000 after Installing Outlook Edition 3.2

Three of us at our company are having an issue with Outlook Edition 3.2 using Outlook 2003 and Word 2000, where we get a "runtime error" in winword.exe when closing word docs. Does Salesforce Outlook Edition 3.2 support Word 2000 at all?

So, can I uninstall the Outlook Edition 3.2 and install the previous version?  I hate the idea of not having SF connected to my Outlook but I hate more - getting a Word error all the time.

What do I do?
