apex pages don't fit properly in field sections of page layouts

I have created a custom opportunity related list for accounts that I want to add into the account page layout.  When the apex page is added to a field section (the only place you can add it in a layout) it gets chopped off.  Here are 2 images that display the symptom.  Any way around it?

Inline pages are included on standard detail pages inside an iframe. You can change height/width/scrollbar-settings of the iframe displaying the VF page by going to the page layout editor in edit mode and double clicking on the page's name (in the table that shows items present on the pagelayout).
