CANNOT ADD EMAILS FROM OUTLOOK TO SALESFORCE. NEED HELP PLS
I am new to sales force and I am testing all this under the trial account at the moment. I installed connect for outlook software and it seems input accurate data in settings but every time I try to simply add email I am getting " failed to log in to salesforce".. although I can log in at salesforce website with no extra problems. Any advice, help or possible solutions to this problem are highly appreciated asap. thnx

Are you adding the security token to the end of your password? If not, then get a token under Setup->My Personal Information->Reset My Security Token. Once it is emailed to you, append it to the end of your password in the outlook plugin.
