send group emails into salesforce

Hi guys

I have a question that seems rather basic, but I can't work out how to solve it:

1. How do I route all the emails that come to "sales@mycompany.com" to go into salesforce as new open leads?

2. In a similar fashion, how do I route all the emails that come into support@mycompany.com into the support module?

I know the answer to both questions must be staring me in the face, but I can't work it out.

My basic answer :

1) set up Email2Case : https://emea.salesforce.com/ui/setup/email/EmailToCaseSplashPage?setupid=EmailToCase

2) create a workflow rule to create a Lead for each new Case

I'm new to Salesforce but I'm looking at the same type of thing. What you want to look for is Web-to-Lead. The next time a lead sends you an email from  your site it will get put into salesforce.

If you want them to come from your email, you'll have to do that manually by creating a smart folder ; all emails addressed to sales@mycompany.com and export/import them.

sorry I don't know of anything direct.
