DSchild-PTEC Platform Users and CTI Integration with Mitel
Is anyone using platform users with CTI Integration? Were you able to get the Salesforce CTI to work, or did you use a custom tool? FYI - We have a Mitel phone system.
Best Answer chosen by Admin (Salesforce Developers) DSchild-PTECI found out from Salesforce that yes, Platform users can use the cti integration as long as the vendor's CTI application is able to search across all objects.
