Outlook cannot log exchanges after Spring '11

After the Spring '11 push on Friday night, none of our users can effectively use the Outlook SF plug-in. It cannot match any records. We've tried reseting the security token, but to no avail. This affected all of our Outlook users, so we're 99% sure it's due to the Spring '11 push.

 

Does anyone else have similar issues, or know what could cause this?

We are SalesForce user since 4 weeks, Windows 7 and Outlook 2010.

We have downloaded the Salesforce to Outlook app but it is not starting, not even possible de install it!

Similar problem to yours.

Still unsolve and unable to get support from Salesforce team they havent replied yet!

any clues are welcome.
