Hi Kalyan,

Try adding "no-reply@gmail.com" to the My Acceptable Email Addresses field on the My Email to Salesforce setup page.

Allow Gmail send a confirmation code to the Email-to-Salesforce email address.

The email with the confirmation code should appear as a pending task on your Salesforce homepage.

We've also developed an app called Cirrus Insight for users of Salesforce and Gmail to log emails to Salesforce. Take a look at http://www.cirrusinsight.com.  It allows you to relate emails to specific cases and opportunities as well as view Salesforce profiles and create leads right from Gmail.

Ran into the same problem.  I documented how I figured out the email address.
