devendra_dhaka eclipse is not allowing to install force.com plugin

Eclipse is giving above error and if I'm trying again to download it, it's saying duplciate entry in the install new software field.
:)EV, were you able to fix this issue? I am facing similar issue and not sure how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am getting this error . I am tring to install on MAC. If you did resolve this issue, can you please instruct me n how to resolve this issue.

I am also getting same error, I have tried so many time & everytime I am getting this error, If anyone fix this issue, pls help me how to resove this.
