Outlook to Salesforce One-Way Sync

Hey, 

 

despite not being an option available within the config, is it possible to somehow set Outlook to Salesforce sync to only sync in that direction, not SFDC to Outlook? All other options seem available other than this.

 

Any pointers in that regard would be greatly appreciated.
