what if we dont have connected app in our create new app as i want to use canvas app into my saleforce sandbox.
can anyone tell me how to create that in sandbox.

I met the same issue, is any others knows where I can find the connected apps?
I know why can not see the canvas in DE org.
You need to have a new developer org for this feature as this a pilot feature and hence wont be available in the previous developer orgs.
You can also have Force.com Canvas enabled in an existing DE/EE/UE org by filing a support ticket.
