Prefill email Template

Hi:
   Just wondering, can you prefill an email template, Every Contact record for one Account on the To: field through Visual Force ? If yes, does anyone have an example of this?

Hi,
Sorry, but no, you can't prefill the "to:" or "cc:" recipients for an email composed with a Visualforce template.  The template is really just for composing content not for setting recipient addresses.  That might be a good idea for a future enhancement though.
