Arvind1 I have a Visualforce page which renderedAs pdf. The problem I am facing is the page is opening in multiple windows.
URL of the first window is shown as the Visualforce page url I am using and other window
is the Adobe Reader.
This is happening only for some of the users. I think it is a problem with the browser settings.
Any suggestions will be great.

I believe this a browser/machine-specific issue. I have seen Firefox and Safari handle PDFs differently. There might not be much you can do about this, except possibly putting in an intermediary VF page that you pop-open to (if that's what you're looking for).
