User's All contact deleted Automatically may due to Outlook Integration

Hi Friends,

In my company users are complaining that their contacts are getting deleted automatically. We are suspecting Outlook Integration might be the reason. But users does not change anything in the outlook or in SFDC still their contacts are getting deleted from SFDC.

 

Can somebody help us to get the solution of the issue.

Hi Vinod,

 

Seems to be strange.

Please check if any Custom Triggers are deleting the Contact.

For your idea,
1. Check if you are using two-way sync
2. Check if the user can sync Team's Contacts or All Contacts
3. If a SFDC contact is downloaded by multiple users, what is the effect when a user deleted this contact in his Outlook.
