Alternatives to sfCubed for getting SF contacts into Addressbook?

Hi,

 

I want salesforce contacts in my addressbook but I don't want my personal addressbook contacts put back onto salesforce.  Does anyone know a way setup a one way sync, a selective sync, or export the contacts and import manually?
