EzOz Sending emails with Mail Drop vs Outlook integration to SF
I am new to the Mac but have a lot of experience using the Outlook interface to SF. It would seem that Mail Drop only allows email to be added to SF from Send box (or Inbox) but not simultaneous with sending an email, as is the case with the Outlook integration. Is this correct or am I missing something?
Also if a side-by-side comparison of the two, if one exists, would be nice to have.
Correct, there's no send & add button.
