Maildrop Add Case error

When I select an email, then click the 'Add Case' button, I get the following error.

If you (or your admin) has made schema level required fields, then yes, maildrop can't currently handle that. (you could consider making them required on the page layout instead). I'll add a feature request to maildrop to try and handle this and give you the option to provide the missing field values.
