visualforce pagelayout

Hi

 

Can we drag and drop visualforce pages on to the pagelayouts?

 

In my customObject pageLayout, i created a new section. Now i want to drag and drop a VF page onto this section? But i did not see any option to select VF page.

 

Please advise.....

 

Usually we use to create a new section and drag and drop SControl onto the new section. I am trying to achieve the same with VF.

yes, you can do this.

 

first you must create a VF page that uses a standard controller of the same type as the page you will place it on.

Hi,
I have created visualforce page for Account using standard controller. after that i created new page layout for Account then dragged the visualforce page but i am facing a problem that i not getting the fields in the visualforce page to drag the fields.
what is the problem.???
