Mail drop Application not responding?

I have been working with maildrop for sometime now but it seems to have some bug.  I reinstalled the scripts -- no help.

can you be more specific about how it is not working. Also, you could try the v2.7 version which has some improvements around error reporting http://code.google.com/p/maildrop/downloads/list
