page block border thin like standard salesforece page

Please anybody help me how to make page block border thin like standard page. 

the border thickness of the visualforce pageblock (Open Action Items & Closed Action Items ) is thicker

than that of the other related lists on this page.

Did you find out how to make it? One of my related lists which made from pageBlock really stands out because of that but i dont need this at all! How to make it look like a standard related list?
