Custom Home Page with Visualforce

Can I have my own Custom Visualforce HOME page?. I mean I would like to be landed in a custom page immediately after logging into the salesforce.
If it is possible, how can I do that?

Can't do it in the Spring release without javascript redirection in an S-control on the home page or similar work-arounds. Hoping to see it in the Summer!
