rlmx We need to establish maintenance windows therefore we are attempting to see peak/valley usage times; e.g. WHEN pages are hit, not how many times. We get usage reports. However, those user statistics are not geared towards time.

How about putting an action in your page tag that will update some object? A time-entry object might be for 15-minute increments. Each time the page hits, it increments a counter on the current time entry, or it makes a new time entry. You could use the same time entry object with several counters for different pages or different activities.
