Production Deployment Error [ Invalid variant 'parent': value InboundChangeSet ]

Hi.

 

After development in sandbox tried to deploy in the production and

got some rare Error like this

 

Failure Message: "common.page.InvalidParameterValueException: Invalid variant 'parent': value 'InboundChangeSet'", Failure Stack Trace: ""

 

Any Help is greatly appreciated

Are you deploying throught package or deployinng only concerned files ...?

This was many days ago so forgot it ,I think I solved this isssue by uninstalling the package completely and deployed as separate files I mean not making into package.
