Help and training feature for visualforce pages

Is there a way to add customized 'help' documents or text in the 'help and training' link on both standard and visualforce pages?

Hi,

 

    'Help and Training' link is not  customizable, so one cannot add any customized help in link. You could create custom link on Left side bar of Home page and can link the help document to it.
