Wizard Tips

I was thinking of creating a wizard in salesforce. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or places that I could go to find refrences? Also I was wondering if at all possible that there was a place I could go to find some sample code.

There is a sample code available in the visualforce page developers guide and in Workbook too (I guess)

Thanks that really helps. I have one more questions. I have a custom object with record types that work with different page layouts from each record type. I was wondering how to incorporatethat into the wizard.
