Can any one please assist me on how to host .war file in force.com and run my application.I have deployed my application as .war file in JBOSS at my local machine.

You won't be able to deploy a war file to the Force.com platform, as its not a J2EE server, so it wouldn't cause the contained web application to be deployed and available.
