Custom App Logo Flashes

 

Hello Board,

 

I have given PNG image ( size : 5 KB) to Custom Application.

 

The issue i am facing is, when i click on Home Tab or Chatter tab, the image flashes when respective page gets load.

 

What would be issue casuing this problem?

I had a similar issue with a partner community logo. The problem was due to the dimensions of the source image file being larger than what the community header needed to be. I had to resize the source image files. Try this:
1 navigate to the app page
2 right-click on the image and select inspect element.
3 mouse hover over the image source in the inspector window
4 note the dimensions of the image
5 manually resize the source image file to those dimensions and reupload

Don't know if this will fix it for custom application, but it did for the communities.

FYI in the communities it seemed the image had to be no higher than 55 pixels.
