Adding "Company" field to "Activity/Task List"?

What would it require to be able to add the "company" field to my various task lists?

r u taking abt to add  your field in the some objects related list..

 

for example  initially columns are like this

Action Subject Name Related To Task Due Date Status Priority Assigned To 

 

 

but u want to add a new column like this 

Action Subject Name Related To Task Due Date Status Priority Assigned To  Company

Not completely sure what you're asking, but yes, I am looking to add "company" as a column in the task/activity list view

Hi,

You can't do this with standard view but you can do this through custom VF page.

click on home tab...and in the calender related section right hand side you have calender gadjet ...in that from left to right you have 3 icons ..click on third one or mouse hover on each icon which gives Activity list view as toop tip ..from there u can add ur repective fields...
